Return and Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

ORDERS CANNOT BE CANCELLED ONCE PLACED. Notifying us that an order needs cancelling is not a guarantee that we will be able to retrieve the order if it has already been processed. Once items have been made or packages have been packed, an order cannot be cancelled without a restock fee. 

If you refuse the package, you will still be responsible for shipping charges on that order, and store credit will be issued for the merchandise when it is returned to us minus shipping and restocking fees. 

In a rare instance an order is cancelled or not accepted, a $20.00 restock fee will be charged on all cancellations which will be deducted from the refund. NO EXCEPTIONS. 

All orders that have missing or manufacture defect items or that contain incorrect products must be reported to Curly Horn Creations within 48 hours of delivery. After 48 hours from delivery, all orders are presumed to be accurate. If you are missing any items, please email tanguma@curlyhorncreations.com with pictures of your item(s), order number, packing invoice and email.

Due to sanitary and other reasons, all sales including, but not limited to, fragrance or color, are final and may not be returned, exchanged or refunded unless an order has missing items or contains incorrect products, in which event, returns, exchanges and/or refunds will be accepted for the missing or incorrect items only.
